Who we are

This site is operated by PostBoard Media LLC, a marketing business serving Westford, Massachusetts and the surrounding Middlesex County towns. When this policy says "we," "us," or "PostBoard," that means PostBoard Media LLC.

Information we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. There are two categories.

Information you give us

When you fill out one of the email-capture or contact forms on this site, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your business name, if you choose to enter it. This field is optional.

If you reach out to us directly by email, text, or phone, we also keep whatever you choose to share in that message so we can respond.

Standard server and log data

Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic technical data when you submit a form, such as your IP address and browser user agent. We use this for spam prevention and to keep the site working. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Respond to you and answer the question you reached out about.
• Send you the updates you asked for, such as a notification when the next PostBoard drop opens or when PostBoard Rewards goes live.
• Operate, maintain, and protect the site, including blocking spam and abuse.

We do not send you a drip sequence you did not request, and we do not use your information to make any guarantee about results.

How it is stored and who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. They only handle your data to provide their service to us.

• Lead notifications: when you submit a form, an email notification is sent to the business owner through Resend, our email delivery provider.
• Lead records: your form submission is stored as a lead record in our database, hosted by Supabase.
• Payments: we do not currently take payments on this site. The current process is to text us to claim a slot. If and when we add online payments later, they will be handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). In that case PostBoard will not store your full card number.

Cookies and analytics

We want to be plain about this: the site currently sets no advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Any cookies that may be present are the basic ones needed for the site to function. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy first.

Data sharing

We share your information only with the service providers listed above, and only so they can perform their function for us. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone. The exception is if we are required to disclose information by law, or need to in order to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Data retention

We keep lead records for as long as we reasonably need them to follow up with you and run our business. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active records, except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

You are in control of the information you shared with us.

• Access or deletion: email us at sheel@postboardmedia.com to ask what we have on file, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
• Unsubscribe: every update email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will take you off the list.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws. Email us and we will help.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for business owners and homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business changes, for example if we add online payments or analytics. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear here before they take effect.
